Fyvra helps people recomp with structure that fits real life: training, food, supplements, shopping, and weight in one calm app. The hard part was scope. I made a broad product feel simple and shipped real accounts, billing, and AI people would trust.

The challenge
One product had to cover personalised training, nutrition, supplements, shopping lists, and weight tracking. The UX had to feel simple. It had to launch as a paid subscription business, not a prototype.

What I built
I led product design and build: guided setup, plan previews, training logs, meal planning, shopping lists, Withings scales, Clerk auth, subscriptions, and an AI coach with review-first plan changes. Built on Next.js, Neon Postgres, and Vercel.

The result
Paying subscribers from launch. Members training, logging meals, and updating plans every week. AI coaching shipping personalised changes in production. A live subscription product at fyvra.app.
