The challenge: One product had to cover personalised training, nutrition, supplements, shopping lists, and weight tracking. The UX had to feel simple. It had to launch as a paid subscription business, not a prototype.
What I built: I led product design and build: guided setup, plan previews, training logs, meal planning, shopping lists, Withings scales, Clerk auth, subscriptions, and an AI coach with review-first plan changes. Built on Next.js, Neon Postgres, and Vercel.
The result: Fyvra is live with paying subscribers, signed-in accounts, and AI plan updates in production. A full product people use every day, not a landing page.
