Visee helps people in the UK see the shape of their month before money disappears. The hard part was making manual budgeting feel calm and trustworthy, then shipping real accounts, billing, and a premium Runway projection people would pay for.

The challenge
Most budgeting apps show what happened after the damage is done. Visee had to work without bank connections, feel UK-native, and turn curious visitors through a free Money Snapshot into accounts and paid Runway subscriptions.

What I built
I designed and built the full product: landing and Money Snapshot funnel, income and spending tracking, bills and subscriptions, disposable income overview, Clerk auth, Stripe billing for premium Runway and category budgets, and consent-gated analytics. Built on Next.js, Neon Postgres, and Drizzle.

The result
Live at visee.app. Free core tracking and Money Snapshot for new visitors. Paying subscribers on Runway. A subscription finance product built for real monthly budgets.
